WHAT YOU NEED
2 handfuls of spinach
2 stalks of celery
1 Granny Smith apple

Juice the veggies first, then the apple. Apples add natural sugar but if you do one-half of the apple at a time, you might realize you don't even need the entire thing! I used a low-speed juicer, similar to the Omega J8006 Nutrition Center, to preserve as many nutrients as possible.
